published Date:2026-08-20
information sources:

China IPPR has been comprehensively advancing coordinated regional development, coordinating and integrating resources across its entire business scope, and deepening its presence in the local market of the Yangtze River Delta. Its strategic concentrated advantages are being rapidly translated into tangible business results. Recently, as the frontline of localized operations, the China IPPR Yangtze River Delta Regional Center has focused its efforts on tackling key projects and successively won bids for multiple key projects covering data centers, logistics, and industrial parks, injecting strong new momentum into the company's high-quality development.

Luolai Smart Industrial Park Phase II (Plot W)

Location: Nantong City, Jiangsu Province

Scope of Work: Schematic and construction

drawing design Gross Floor Area: Approximately 160,000 square meters

Centering on three core scenarios of "medium and large process equipment systems, high-level three-dimensional warehousing, and fully automated assembly lines", the project adheres to the philosophy of "process prioritization, efficiency verification, and closed-loop design". It focuses on the systematic matching of industrial logistics and production processes to build a highly adaptable modern industrial carrier.

Upon completion, the project will be fully integrated with Phase I, forming a modern home textile industrial new town integrating R&D and manufacturing, smart logistics, office and living facilities, and setting a benchmark for the digital transformation of the home textile industry in the Yangtze River Delta.

2026-2028 Centralized Procurement of Engineering Design Services for Jinmao Green Building Data Centers

Location: Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chengdu

Scope of Work: Design

Jinmao Green Building will carry out new construction and renovation projects of data centers in Hangzhou, Nanjing and Chengdu. The new Hangzhou project is planned to build 3,500 high-power racks, providing approximately 9,000P of computing power; the Nanjing renovation project is planned to be equipped with 3,000 high-power racks with a computing capacity of about 8,000P; the Chengdu renovation project has a planned maximum computing capacity of 8,000P.

Upon completion, the projects will boost the supply of regional low-latency computing power, drive the extension of computing power networks into industrial parks, consolidate the urban digital foundation, and support the realization of the "millisecond-level computing access" goal across urban areas.

Wushan AI Manufacturing Industrial Park and Supporting Projects in Changfeng County

Location: Changfeng County, Hefei City

Scope of Work: Design

Planned Total Gross Floor Area: Approximately 124,000 square meters

Positioned as a modern AI manufacturing industrial park integrating production and manufacturing, R&D and office, and supporting services, the project mainly includes multiple high-standard factory buildings, comprehensive buildings and supporting facilities.

With the implementation of the project, the park will become an important carrier for the agglomeration of AI industries in Changfeng County, effectively attracting high-end manufacturing enterprises in the upstream and downstream chains to settle in, and injecting new momentum into the industrial upgrading of Hefei and the high-quality development of the regional economy.

Tianshu Qiming Smart Cold Chain Warehousing

Location: Xiaogan City, Hubei Province

Land Area: Approximately 100 mu

The project plans to build double-story high-standard cold storage warehouses, transfer warehouses and standard dry warehouses, with supporting intelligent sorting, multi-temperature warehousing and comprehensive office spaces. It integrates distinctive designs such as intelligent warehousing, photovoltaic low-carbon technologies, and layered ramp freight systems, to build a modern smart cold chain park integrating warehousing, processing and distribution.

Upon completion, the project will become a key cold chain industry agglomeration park in northern Wuhan, attracting upstream and downstream enterprises in fresh food, pharmaceutical, and import-export cold chain sectors to settle in, and serving as a high-quality industrial carrier adapted to the cold chain needs of all categories.

Midea Washing Machine Mexico Industrial Park

Location: State of San Luis Potosí, Mexico Scope of Work: Design Total Land Area: Approximately 44,000 square meters

The park will build new production workshops, smart warehousing, office and R&D facilities, and supporting amenities. Through preliminary research on multiple key technologies, the design scheme highly conforms to the manufacturing process logic and operational requirements, and complies with both local Mexican regulations and US technical standards.

As the first overseas self-built manufacturing base of Midea Group's Washing Machine Division, the project is also a core milestone project for Midea to deepen its presence in the Latin American market and improve its global supply chain layout. Upon completion, it will fully support Midea's localized production and delivery capabilities in North America and Latin America.
